1. Overview
Welcome to Qevzi. These Terms of Service govern your use of qevzi.com and purchases made through our online store.
Throughout these Terms, “Qevzi”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Qevzi. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
2. Products
Qevzi curates beauty products, accessories and tools designed to simplify everyday beauty routines.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours and other information accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
Product availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
3. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted once we confirm acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable VAT where required by law, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete checkout.
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods made available at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures and other logistical disruptions.
If a material delay occurs, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase under applicable Dutch and European consumer law.
In addition to applicable statutory rights, Qevzi offers eligible purchases a 30-day return period, calculated from delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Products should only be handled to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by law, a customer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal or return where an exception is permitted by applicable law, including certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

7. Cancellations
Where an order has not yet entered fulfilment, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation request.
Once fulfilment has started, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Products
Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming products are not affected by our voluntary return policy.

9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Qevzi name, branding, website design, original text, graphics and other original content created for Qevzi are owned by or licensed to Qevzi.
Content belonging to manufacturers, suppliers, Shopify or other third parties remains the property of its respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Qevzi-owned content without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may use services or tools provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment, analytics, logistics or fulfilment providers.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Qevzi is responsible for its obligations to customers as the seller and does not exclude responsibility where applicable law provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, Qevzi will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Shopify
Our online store is powered by Shopify.
Purchases made through qevzi.com are transactions between you and Qevzi. Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure but is not the seller of Qevzi products.
Your use of services provided directly by Shopify may also be governed by Shopify's applicable terms and privacy policies.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, business operations or applicable law.
The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in effect when your order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the European Union or European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
